Organisation vs Individualism.

Good article, very interesting!

Good article. I agree with much of what he says. But while most people want to see some individualism, it can't be to the detriment of the team. In our team, Davey Graham has fantastic ability which is great to watch. Sometimes he can be a bit indulgent (ok he's a greedy wee so and so) trying to beat the whole opposition defence but I'm sure the players appreciate him as much as the fans. He will win us plenty of games this season, I'm sure.
However, the management team have instilled a great work ethic and will to win in our team and it's that organisation, more than individual ability, which has contributed to our success.
Still early days but things are looking good for us.
