...says the guy who came into the thread and posted that both teams were shite.

Mr. Pot, meet Mr. Kettle - in terms of both of your posts in this thread.

Yeah. Good shout. Why not pick up on an even more arbitrary, "the exact timeframe that makes me look right" period of time, such as the last two years for example? C'mon, even Hivs have won more than us in the past two years. How about it, eh?

...which has nothing to do with how big a club you are. You're talking about potential for on-field performances.

For what it's worth, I don't think that there's a great deal of difference between Hivs and Killie. Killie are maybe a wee bit bigger, but not by all that much.

That's my point, it makes no difference that jambo's are deluded and consider their club to be big and important, if the potential for on-field performances is poor then nobody will take them seriously.

Agree with your last point though, think the extra 1000 odd seats at Rugby Park make them a tad bigger. Plus they have a player called Danny Invincible.

But that's not what we're talking about. We're talking about club size - and Heart of Midlothian FC are undoubtedly a massive club with huge potential, especially when those pesky Hearts fans without the bus fare over in the west save up enough money. Think about it, with Spartans' bid to make the third division failing, we're still Edinburgh's only senior club. The closest other club is in nearby Leith, which is really just a tiny fishing village of no consequence.
