Just went in one day and asked if there was any jobs going, got an application form, filled that out and handed it in, got phoned about a week later to arrange an interview, went to the interview, got phoned a couple of weeks later to offer me the job

The pay is terrible for an under 18 (£3.90 per hour or something like that) but it's £4.60 an hour for me which is minimum wage but I don't mind cause it's a really good job. Especially if your into your sports and you know your stuff, makes it really easy and enjoyable. The bosses are sound as well they just treat you like a mate not an employee.

Plus you get 20% discount which is the most important thing really
