They finished last season on a great run. If they had played that way all season they would have been promoted.
Has anything changed over the Summer or can we expect you guys to go close to winning the league?
Most people are tipping up Ayr but on last seasons form I would probably say Brechin.

Not much going on in recent weeks by all accounts. I wouldn't like to bet on the league until nearer August but seems the bookies have both Brechin and Ayr at 9/1. Maybe worth a small bet on both teams. Don't see a reason Alloa or Peterhead should be much more favoures that Brechin and Ayr other than the couple more points they got last year.
Personally though if the price is right somewhere I fancy East Fife to go straight through this division.
Then there's always Raith but they'll take one of the bridesmaids spots again.
We've kept together the vast majority of the team from last season. We haven't lost any key players and we have brought in the highly rated Steven Canning from Queen's Park.
We still have the likes of Craig Nelson, John Ward, David White, Charlie King, Kevin Byers, Darren Smith etc who could all do a good job for any team in the division.
With very little gelling to be done then hopefully we can get off to a good start instead of slipping up in the first month as per usual.

If Brechin slip up in mid-season, fall to 7th place and then play well in April to finish 5th...will they have deserved promotion?

8th place is success for that tiny bunch of nothingness.
Congratulation to Brechin on actually making a profit last year.

As quiet as it's been on the transfer front, I'm pleased the manager isn't just panic buying after missing out on his original targets.
I feel we still need a centre back and a striker, but there's plenty time for that.
So, when do Tesco move in?

"we have brought in the highly rated Steven Canning from Queen's Park."
Probably the most versatile player i have ever see play for Queen's sure he will do a job for Brechin hope they treat him well as he deserves his chance
