It's on the virtually flawless Champ Manager 01/02...so runs fairly sweetly. It'll never last (though I did say that on here when I reached 2050!).

Just missed out on promotion in the play off final with Blackburn, losing 2-0 to Kidderminster. Good few bosmans coming in, so should be challenging again next season.

Started a new game with the gers this morning after downlading the new patch. no matter what i do i am shite. Got put out of champions league beat 4-0 away to cally and 3-0 at home to falkirk and drew with st mirren, no formation seems to work. So i started a new one just now cause i couldnt be bothered and same again totally shite, nothing works for me. Was gonna throw my laptop away there so i quit.

Won the league with 4 games to spare

Also got them to the semi-finals of the League Cup, knocking out two Premier League teams on the way. Fell short against Newcastle, losing 2-1 on aggregate.

Lost a couple of star players because of a stupid oversight on their ridiculously low minimum release fees, but their replacements are doing not too badly.

Hoping to secure a mid-table finish in the Championship next season, then gearing them up to challenge for promotion back into the Premier League.

The update is pretty poor for Ayr missing out a few players that joined us and not removing the shite players that left

In other news, Man Utd just won promotion back to the Premiership, Craig Levein has been appointed Liverpool manager, and Rangers finished 6th in the SPL, with less points than the teams in 7th and 8th.

Decided to load this game again today. Sacked around 2012/13 after being relegated, despite leading Clyde to the KO stages of the Uefa Cup.

Went to Histon in 2013, though left two days later (I did play one game though away to Southport or whatever. I won 2-1 so I done my bit )

Went on holiday for almost 2 years, spend 14 months at East Stirling and lead them to two promotions to the first divison. At the end of my third season I stayed up on penaltys through the play offs and left. Took over at QOS who offerd me quite a ridiculous finances (£504k transfers cash) and the likes, never spent a penny of it. Lost in the play-off final and now into 2016/2017 season and got rid of half my squad and started again. Bought 22 players without spending anything. Top of the 3rd divison 14 games in. Got Aberdeen in the cup so thats another cash findfall.

Just went Queen's Park, got the Huns as my feeder club and brung in Dean Furman, Georgios Efrem, Calum Reidford and some wing back called Nicholas Gallagher. Signed ex Crewe Captain Neil Cox and some beast of a free-agent named Marvin Brown, plus signed Jay Shields, Chris Aitken, Andy Graham, Gerard Rossi and Scott Agnew, all good players.

This is season 2008/9, Billy Stark was released at the end of his contract.

The update is shit. I put certain players in to there new team eg. henderson for raith but still a sons player. Also haven't got alot of the players dumbarton signed. There about 5/6 players missing.

They must not give a shite about the Scottish leagues, as its the same in my new one with Berwick, we've only got 3 new players, when over the course of the 1/2 year, we've signed about 7-10! And Kyle is obviously a researcher, so it shows its not them is it? f**k off SI!

However, despite them stupid things, i'm enjoying this game with the new patch, much more than my last one. Ive just finished pre-season, and things are going quite well. Lost 4-3 to Stennie, Won 4-3 against Dundee, and lost 6-0 against Aston Villa, bit strange, I would have thought I would have beaten Stennie, not Dundee, but oh well. Also cancelled friendly against Port Vale and replaced it with my U19s, won that 4-3 too.

It was about 3 weeks in to my game, and already Craig Levein is being linked with the kick, and I'm already being tipped for the job. Dick Campbell has taken the St Johnstone job, and i've signed the other guy linked with it as a player.

Also, is it just me or have McLeans stats been given more of a boost??? Hes now a good signing for a premiership club apparently!!

Ill post my signings once i've got into my season, and the transfer window shuts. (Probably tommorow lol)

There's a Norwegian defender called Andreas Vatvedt and he is a pretty good youngster, free agent good signing for an SPL club but I got him for Ayr. Think you need to have the Norwegian league loaded up though.

Best free-agents I know of are Robbie Foy and Gerard Rossi, and Rossi is only good at like second division level. You can raid Queen's Park as well, but that just makes it a bit unrealistic for me, plus I like to see them do well.

Anyone know any other good free-agents.

Scott McLean is pretty good and a midfielder called Gary Stopforth was pretty good for me aswell.

My European dream is all but over after a brave 0:1 defeat at the hands of Fenerbahce at The Falkirk Stadium. Kazim fucking Richards got the vital away goal on 84 minutes.

I'll go over to Turkey in hope anyway though.

Chris James is a must if possible, I sold him for 8 million after one season.

Signing Onandi Lowe is an absolute must for a lower league side is he a machine. Scores practically every game and most of the are from outside the box. he can be picked up on a pre contract at the start of the game, no compensation either

He was a very handy lower league player in previous versions of FM/CM as well.

Here are a few (lot) of screenshots of my game so far, doing well, lots of signings. McLeans stats have surely gone up? (screener) Carrigan is good for 1k and £20 per week! Kostadinov in on loan, Paterson from Cove Rangers (1k, £95 per week) is a must in defence! And managed to sign Fernando Screpis, from Hearts for 1k, £130 per week, look at them stats, Bargain!!! Also reccommend that when Keigan Ayres finishes his loan with Berwick, you look to loan/buy him, he has good free-kicks, and scores all the time from midfield for me (long rangers).

6th, but not worried thnow, told them ill get a top half finish, so Its still (very) possible.

I signed Screpis for 1k aswell and was pretty surprised that i was able to.

Just about to enter my 5th season as Ajax in my fictional game on CM 00/01. I hate my team. I still have been unable to find a solid centre back pairing. I think I have 6 or 7 DC all with good - excellent stats but none seem to click well with other.

My rock of a left back is about to request a transfer as he seeks pastures new which will be a huge loss. His stats are incredible. I'll get a screenshot up later on today/tomorrow. Fantastic player.

My prolific Brazilian striker (who goes by the real name Guillherme I think) has had a monsterous few seasons for me.

As per usual as the team, stats wise, gets better and better, the gap between me winning the title and the team in 2nd place gets smaller and smaller and you always have that irritating opposition striker who scores 20 a season with his 3 for finishing, 4 for heading and 2 for jumping

All loan players who scored for me....

Finished my first season 7th, after a shite run towards the end . I've had the chance to take over Dundee utd twice now, they've had 4 managers this season, and i've been linked with the Man U job 3 times now, they want to f**k off, Im at Berwick GTF!! Jonny Russell, Scott McLean and Branimir Kostadinov all finished joint top scorers with 17 (or there abouts), unfortunatly, shite goalkeepers, and a injury prone defence let in 96.

Tried to get Branimir and Keigan Ayres back, but Branimir didn't want to come again, and Keigan's offer was rejected. Gutted. Onandi Lowe did relativly shite in his half season, scored a hat-trick on his debut, and one in a freindly I arranged to get the morale back up, but thats it. Glad i didn't get relegated as he has a 250k relegation fee.

Left it in June now. Hopefully I'll get a good budget, as i've made a 200k profit to the club (according to board, main reason i'm still there), and hopefully I could get Keigan permanantly(Also got in team of year), Branimir and/or Jonny Russell, as he was injured for about 3 months, so 17 goals is good. Keigan set up 13 and scored 4-5 i think, I thought he would have scored more, as he scored the same in pre-season.

No parent club as the c**ts rejected it, but did well enough my self. Signed Jellema from Alloa on pre-contract, so no worries about shite keepers next year. Think i'm going to get a good RB, and possibly a CB for next season, and another LM as back up since there was noone else when Carrigan got injured, who is also quite good, better than Foy, who I missed out on anyway, any reccommendations?

I want that skin, and that background.
