I defeated Sheffield Utd 2-1 in the sixth round of the FA Cup, setting up a semi-final with Man Utd

I had about £4m worth of debt, which is now cleared thanks to away games at Aston Villia (I beat them 3-2 to set up a game at) Arsenal (I lost 3-0), Liverpool (won 2-1). Also beating Sheffield Utd raked in about £300k, which is nice, £40k for winning the JPT plus gate recepts (60,000+ were there!) so aye, it's all good

st. mirren with dundee, hibs and aberdeen all within 6 points.

dunfermline are planted firmly in the relegation zone, with falkirk snapping at their heels.

rangers and celtic are sitting first and second in league two, clear by about 9 points and with around 4 games in hand.

Ugh, football manager is one of the most boring games ive played, never managed to get into them. Much rather play the game than manage it...

Started a game as San Marino tonight, as it's probably the biggest challenge in the game.

First game was at home to Cyprus, and naturally I'm expecting a doing. The cause was helped when they were reduced to 10 men on the 40 minute mark........and made even better when the resulting free-kick went into the top corner! Cyprus never got back into it, and lost a second player to a straight red in the second half. Managed to hold on to a 1-0 win, picking up San Marino's first ever three points in a qualification campaign!

I actually celebrated the goal like it really happened

After 3 years in Korea with Daejon Citizen, I had enough and headed home to Scotland, currently manager of Airdrie in 2014, with the club in £1,000,000 debt and completely unsustainable. Ive cleared the high earners off the bill and replaced them with cheap youngsters from around the UK that will learn and get better. Probably going to stay in the first division for a few years while I make this club solvent and up to standard.

One query, how do you do international management? While in Korea, I got the Scotland job (applied on impulse) and got kind of overwhelmed. I saw the player pool, and the squads, but how do you scout about Scotland for more players? Do they just appear in your player pool automatically, can you hire scouts, and do you need to do all the age groups?

If anyone can give me a quick international manager run through, or even point me to a website, Ill be grateful!

I have started a game as Linfield in Northern Ireland. They are so easy in that division. I got them into the Champions League group stages. I had Inter in my group, Porto and Rangers. Got hammered by every single one of them. I have signed Kevin Phillips on the free and got this guy called Daryl Fordyce. I would recommend that player to everyone. He just cant stop scoring for me

I am in the second season didn't get to the best of starts and was about to get the sack before i turned it around. 1 point away from the top and i should win the league again (i hope)

I started a new game of this at lunchtime in preparation for tonight. I wanted something a bit different so decided to go Valencia and set myself the challenge of ending Barcelona and Real Madrid's dominance of the Spanish league after a few seasons. Anyone recommend any good players for me to sign in the Spanish league?

well in my 821 days at albion rovers i won the third in my second season, and boosted the clubs bank balance to 500k, built a reasonable squad and resigned leaving the club 12 points clear at the top of the second and with average attendances of 1200.

also had an 11 game unbeaten run.

after a few months manged to land the job at brecia, and my monthy salary is higher than my entire earnings in the 2 1/4 years at albion.

The season Im running at the moment is preston. Board wanted a top half finish but I wanted to try and get into the play-offs. Transfer wise i signed 17 players But 3 main standouts are Mika Aaritalo (Played 31, 6 goals and 10 assists), Nacer Barazite (played 33, 11 goals and 9 assists) and Pablo Piatti (played 31, 18 goals and 17 assists). I also signed Darren O'Dea, Sol Bamba and Jack Hobbs on loan.

In February and Im 4th in the league, 3rd place team is 1 point infront and 2nd place team 9, so I will be aiming to win the play-offs

I started a new game as Stenny and made the playoffs my 1st season but didnt go up, nows the strange thing - I ahve done pre season, signed players, arranged friendlies etc however there seems to be no league games???

I have played the challenge cup & league cup game at start of season but there is no league games on fixture list and im nearly finished august? Its the same for all teams in all scottish leagues?

Is that the patched version of the game? There was a problem with the original release where no fixtures weren't generated for the Scottish 2nd season sometimes i.e. a lot!

I've heard from a few people saying that one of their players missed training due to "matters regarding police intervention" which was also spotted by the paparazzi.

I assume the player must have been fighting in some shape or form. Christ maybe they were done for fraud, or downloading child porn....

One of my mates said he had this situation before he deleted his game, and 2 other folk said the same on other forums. No proof (ie screenshots) so I guess they could all be lying and it's just a coincidence they're all lying about the same thing. I hope it did actually happen though, quite cool

You want to buy David McKenna and Damon Gray got em up front for Stirling and there on fire in my 1st season 4th in league and in final of challenge cup, McKenna played 15 scored 10 in all comps and Gray played 16 scored 11 up the Bino's

In my rangers game i noticed claude makelelelelele is assistant manager at ross county.

I'm just about halfway through my first season as Valencia manager. Currently sitting second in La Liga, three points ahead of Barcelona (who have a game in hand). Qualified from the group stages of the Champions League and should qualify for the 5th round of the Spanish Cup as I'm leading Alicante 5-0 from the first leg.

Really enjoying this - a lot different to just going Falkirk and Newcastle all the time.

afaik the police intervention/papparazzi/drunk ect things can only happen to regened players as the lawyers were worried that if someones game said 'david beckham misses game due to punching his missus' they might get in a bit of trouble

Anyone got any tips for training? I used to spend a long time sorting it out, getting the right coaches in, etc. Now I'm thinking that it doesn't actually matter one jot. Thoughts?

Going into my fourth season as Montrose, finished 5th in 1st season, 3rd (and promoted) in 2nd and in my 3rd season got 8th place. Pretty gutted was floating around playoff places, then ended the season with a bang of 10 games without a win 8).

That seems to be the consensus of most people on the forums.

I finished my first season second in La Liga, five points ahead of Real Madrid and only one point behind Barcelona. Reached the Quarter Final of the Champions League but went out to Real Madrid, and Villareal put me out of the Spanish Cup in the Semi Final on penalties.

I now have to downsize the wage budget (difficult as my six key players are all looking for improved deals) and bring in two or three new players to bolster my attack on the title.

EDIT: Also, the Spain national side (which currently have 10 of my players, with 4 or 5 of them regular starters) are flying through the European Championships. David Villa's looking to get the tournament's top goalscorer to add to his Golden Boot.

I started a game with Shire. I got rid of all the dross, around 9 or so players, and brought in Eddie Annand, Scot Gemmill, Robbie Foy, Ryan Pow, Billy Brawley, Graham Gibson, Stephen Payne, David Duke, Kevin MacDonald & Kevin Budinauckas, plus David Nixon, Ross Campbell, Damon Gray and Sean Lynch on loan.

In october in my first season with morton second in the league with a game in hand and I'm in the challenge cup final. Got beat off inverness on penalties in the league cup after beating st mirren at capillow (spelling) in the round before.

My parent club is Kilmarnock and they sent ross campbell on loan(he's some player but Ian russel is even better).

Signed David Furman,Paul Mcgowan and Alan Lowing from rangers and celtic and both have been in great form.

Oh yeh sent Lee Robinson back to rangers he was rubbish!!!!!!!

Deportivo, Man City and Lazio are all over the 4 point mark. Nearly scraped a draw against Lille but they got me with a quickfire double at the end to lose 4-2
