You can import tactics and training, but not teams.

I'm currently 12 games into my 2nd full season as Fulham manager, 2011 I think. I finished 14th last season after getting more dosh from the board by telling them I'd finish top half. Board seriously not happy.

Started this season after spending nowt in the summer and after 12 games (including a 9 game winning streak) I'm top of the league . Unfortunately my next 4 or 5 games read along the lines of Chelsea (a), Liverpool (a), Man U (h), Arsenal (a), Tottenham (h). So I would imagine I won't be top after that. Europe is defo a possibility.

I'm waiting for the right job in Spain to become available

Started back on 06 the other day after months of not playing. I had got Rochdale up to the Championship last time I played, but decided to resign and seek pastures new.

Got a job at Daejon Citizen in the South Korean League, only to find that they were already relegated. Made some signings and cleared the squad out, and Im now in the championship play offs to win the title. If I win this I win the league, and then I might quit and try out another country.

Went to 07, started as Dagenham.

Went on a great FA cup run, beating Championship promotion contenders Burnley 1-0 away, then beat Swansea 4-3 in a reply (the first tie was 2-2, with me coming back from 2-0). Got a tie with Arsenal at the Glynn Hopkin Stadium. Unbeliveably, I held Arsenal to a 0-0 draw. Pumped 4-0 at the Emerates though.

I was Aston Villa and won the uefa on the second year I think but the next year I was knocked by galatasery so i quit and got arsenal.

I was doing pretty well but I just didn't like the club, I tried the barca but didn't get it.

I was also scotland manager and keith watson was one of my best players, hutton didn't even start

Maloney was the best
Steven MacLean was a regular
O'Connor was worth 8 million and scored all the time.
Faddy still started along with riordan at times.

Also Ian Black got ahead of Ferguson

Broadfoot, Berra, Webster, Kennedy and Stephen Caldwell were my centre backs.

I was drawn against denmark, iceland and england for the world cup qualifiers.

Got a draw with england at wembly (Maloney) and denmark and iceland away.
Beat cyprus 4-1 away thanks to 3 late goals.

Had qualified top but could still knock out england at hampden on the last game, went for the win and fletch scored first but england equalised and in my only defeat of the campaign they scored late on rooney header.

EDIT- Quit though before the WC and am now Bordeux and I know all the good young players

Bloody problem with the fixtures not loading just happened to me as i was heading into my fourth season with saints, and about to embark on my first european adventure! I've installed both the patches and yet it still happened! Anyone else had this?!

The game just refused to allow St Mirren into Europe and self destructed

this season is looking good. signed Eddie Annand and it has paid off bigstyle he has scored 10 goals in 4 league games. including 4 away to 2nd placed Montrose

out both the cups but top of the league winning 4 out of 4

i have signed pretty much a new team but its very hard, i will have to step it up when i reach the 2nd division

I just started playing it and i have to say, it seems fucking near impossible to win.

aye, it's definately harder.. i haven't really managed to get into it that much even though i bought it the day it came out. best i've done so far is pipping hearts to 3rd in the spl with hibs on the last day of the season. but couldnt hold onto any half decent players or find any decent ones that were willing to come to the spl.

i noticed on the instruction manual they are advertising this 'football manager live' thing.

Its basically FM online, but its not like you be Sons and ill be Berwick, you create your team, so you could name you team Dumbarton, make the kit like dumbarton, and then you could sign players like Ronaldinho, I think the Max no. of teams to a game world will be either 500, 750 or 1000. To be honest I can't see this coming out and being class, because i've been testing it for a while now, and its just been strange.

I made a team called Berwick Rangers, and signed 'elderly' players, like Fowler ect, my team was class, but the game is amazingly hard, i mean 500th to first is brick, highest ive been was about 50th, and that was me on a good streak. Unfortunatly I went on a 24 game run, with not one win! I was boiling as i had a decent team, but i ended up restarting after winning on 25, as i got beat 4-0 after it

really, I'm in my 3rd season with dumbarton,

I finished 2nd in my first season, lost out in the playoffs
came first in 2nd season after only losing one game (ayr utd away) all season
Im now half way through my 3rd season & in 1st place in 2nd division, only ross county have taken points off me

I was thinking its a bit too easy tbh

I also find it very easy in the league and cups, but I always lose pre season.

What a frustrating weekend of FM.

1st Season - Won 1st Division & Challenge Cup with St Johnstone, 1/4 finals of Scottish Cup
2nd Season - Finished 6th in SPL (board thought I would be fighting relegation)

What happens as new season begins.........my contract didn't get renewed!!!!

No job offers for months then Stockport come along, sitting 24th in League 2. I take the job, go 24 games unbeaten and finish the season in 2nd position! Away to start my first season in League 1 and guess what....no f*****g money to spend!

Got a query on the new game.

I am MK Dons and currently in league 1 after 3 seasons, I only have the small database loaded up but its fine for me for my first team to get used to game and how things work.

Problem is, I have tried numerous times to sign young brazilian and argentinian players, who agree to come to me but then not once have got a work permitt, even if I appeal. However my mate who has the game was Darlington in league 2 and was signing boys from brazilian league no problem, and he didnt have brazil as background league etc.

Any ideas?

A work permit won't be given to most young Brazilian or Argentinian players to join an EU side in the game unless they've got dual nationalities or have played 'x' amount of games for their country in a 12 month period, so yer mate is talking pish. Either that or he's fiddled round with the editor before the game.

Sitting 6 points off the top in March with my Rochdale team, promotion lurks as my next 8 games are against teams lower than me in the league

I worked it out, hadn't patched it properly.

Since it won't let me restructure Scotland, I've instead kicked the OF out to colaship league 2 and promoted Pollock and a reformed Third Lanark to the third division, while also bringing back the bankies and airdrieonians

This game is much harder than 2007! It drives me mad! I can go on a magnificent run of about 6 straight wins then end up losing to St. Mirren at home, despite only making tiny changes to my tactics! Then I go on a huge losing streak!

Also, in 4 attempts I have not yet managed to reach the last 16 of the Champions League despite winning the UEFA Cup in consecutive seasons! It's infuriating

But seriously, losing to saints, we're a quality team, brittain is better than burchill in the game and Niculae is amazing

That said, Steve McLaren is the Man Utd manager

And steven maclean is scotland's best player.
