After taking a week off from my highly disasterous last game I have started up with Airdrie again. Currently sitting 5th in the league in mid October, been put out of the League Cup 3rd round by Hearts and made it to the Challenge Cup Final where I am playing QOS.
More updates later!

Right - its 2016 now, and my games running slow as f**k, its almost impossible to play.
I remember seeing somewhere an editor that would allow you to edit saved games and take away all the histories etc of players from older years in the game, and therefore allow it to run quickly, but I cant find it.
Anyone got any ideas?

Started a game as Stoke and lasted as manager till I was sacked at Christmas after picking up 14 points.
Highlights included -
a fans protest after losing to WBA as my formation wasn't attacking enough - this despite the fact I had 3 strikers and 2 attacking midfielders on by the end.
my goalie and star striker demanding transfers the week before the season started.
me wasting the £2million I got on Kris Commons, DJ Campbell and some utter pish Man United reserve.
losing 4-0 at home to Wrexham in the League Cup.
Not picking up a single point in an 8 game losing streak.
dropping my entire first team and playnig the Under 18's for 2 games.
final straw was throwing away a 2-0 lead to the team directly above me.

Just failed in my attempted to get East Fife back to back championships.
Wheels came off when Hibs sold Jonathan Baillie who was outstading on loan for me, slipped to 2nd then lost the play off final. My top forward and midfielder were both involved in training accidents the week before the final.
Need a cheap left sided centre half, that will play 2nd division any ideas ?

Midway through my second season as Queen's manager and i am sitting 5th in the Second Division after walloping league leaders Peterhead 6-1 at Hampden

Was top for a while before a slump in form which saw me without a win in 8 games, but the Peterhead result has signalled a change of fortune and I am now unbeaten in three and only 4 points off 4th place in the league.
Also into the Scottish Cup 3rd Round with wins over Spartans and Stirling Albion, next up is Partick Thistle, who defeated me on penalties in the League Cup earlier in the season.

started a network game with my mate last night with him as morton and me as dunfermline in the first division.
my wage budget was a bit over due to obviously being relegated the season before so he got all the good free transfers while i was trying to offload players, still managed to get paul telfer though who's been awesome at the back.
forgot dunfermline are in the uefa cup this season and got past first qualifying round easy enough then had dinamo in 1st round. they got someone sent off and i won 3-0 at home then in the return leg i got my arse handed to me but roddy mckenzie was stunning in goal and i only got beat 2-0 putting me into the group stages.
at this time i had also won first 8 games of the season without conceding a goal then i drew with hamilton and won 2 and drew one of the next 3 so was 15 points ahead in the league at one point. then all of a sudden i got beat 3-0 off queen of the south and my defense that hadnt conceded in first 8 games were conceding all the time and i didnt win in 5 games or something. then id win a few games then not win in 5 again and now the lead is down to like 4 points or something. unfortunatly when i was 10 points clear in the league i was slagging my mate because he'd had a poor start as his defense was conceding goals like you wouldnt believe despite scoring an average of 2 goals a game, but now he's gone on a run and is only 4 points behind me and im on the way down while he's on the way up. if he gets promoted and i dont ill be gutted.
on the good side though i drew slavia prague, brondby, zaragoza and hamburg in the uefa cup. was shitting myself and after i drew 1-1 with slavia in the first game when i was all over them i decided there was no way i was getting through the group still. then i beat brondby 4-2 and i started to believe a little bit but i still had 2 hardest teams to go so wasnt that optimistic. got beat 2-1 away to zaragoza but it was going on 8-1 if it wasnt for mckenzie in goal. going into the last game i needed to either win or for brondby to lose. brondby lost but somehow i still managed to beat hamburg 3-1 to get through to the next round. what is a bitch though is that by beating hamburg i finished ahead of them in 2nd place meaning i get the knocked out champions league team which just happens to be sporting lisbon, so theres no way im getting through the next round

Back to my good ol' Clyde game and doing remarkably well, 3rd time I've been promoted to the SPL and I might... just... stay up this time.
but in truth I'm knocking on the door of Europe, sitting in 5th place after about 15 games.
Had 3 massive results.
Clyde 5-1 Livingston
Clyde 3-0 Dundee Utd. (who were 3rd favourites at beginning of the season

)
Clyde 4-1 Kilmarnock
There is a fair gap between me and 4th placed Hearts though, about 7 points.
My current best XI is something like
Dougie Burns
Andrew Cave-Brown-----Ross Rae---------Calum Woods
Chris Mitchell-----Steven Donnachie-----Paul Emslie---------Tibor Durica
Michael McGlinchey
Mateus-----Joe Garner
I've got about a 30 man squad though so when someone gets injured suspended and we win, the replacing player is good enough to stay. Mike Bryson for example got injured for a couple of weeks when he came back, Donnachie had taken his place.
The big squad was mainly because I bought loads of younsters who my scouts said "had the potential ability to be leading premier league .... in the future"

3rd season (half way) 2nd spl motherwell top
there is a lot of good players in the reserves of english teams the best player i signed from Man City was Daniel Sturridge (may be spelt wrong) 18 year old says he is tipped to be the next Alan Smith in my game i got him for a decent price he is now valued at 7.5m newcastle charlton and celtic are after him! Man U reserves and Liverpool have good young players who would go on loan but there are a few who would join full time!
Paul Anderson from Liverpool is quality!
Sc**thorpe are a feeder club for me i got a few good players from them too.....James Keene is a good striker

Wooo! finished 7th in the SPL with Clyde in 2014/15
Finished with a slightly odd team that definitely wasn't my best XI but they were winning so hey ho!
Having a very experimental pre-season, just trying out everyone to see who deserve to be in the first XI
InKjefton (or something like that) Hort - Danish left back 170K (I get the sinking feeling I had better anyway though

)
Rassen (sp?) Poulsen - Young Danish striker
Fraser Williams - promoted from youth team (CB)
Andy McGlynn - promoted from youth (GK)
Nicholas Beck - Young GK, will arrive in January
Out (Close Season)
Chris Mitchell - 150K to Hibernian
Jerôme Segreto - released
Ally Cumming - released
Hoping to get rid of Andrew Cave-Brown and Paul Emslie as they want to go to bigger clubs, in their last year of their contract and I have some great young players ready to take their places
First XI is along the lines of
Michael Poke
Kevin McDonald* ----- Gregor Thomson ----- Fraser Williams ------ Michael Morley
Kenny Walker --- John Graham --- Steven Donnachie
Michael McGlinchey
Mateus ----- Neil English
<div align="left">Subs: Andy McGlynn, Kjeftun Hort, Bobby McLeod, Kevin Wilson, Denny Lyons, Joe Garner, Rassen Polusen
Aiming for Europe this year (2 CL, 2 UEFA, 1 EV)
* No, not the former Hibs player

Finnished 6th in my 3th season with Clyde in the SPL. Won the Scottish Cup, beating Celtic 2-1.
Made quite a few signings, including Kenny Deuchar who is a w**k and I want rid of, Tom Lyons from St.Mirren, Kal Andre Salvenson (sp?), Nathan Doyle (Sold already - shite player on a ridiculous wage) Teemu something - Finnish International. Signed a cracking goalkeeper on a free - Jakub Jesowinski and evem Matt Derbyshire from Blackburn on a free. Doing pretty poor in the leauge, bottom after 20 odd games.
Europe is another matter. Uefa cup qualifer was against Partizan, lost 2-1 in the first leg, but won 1-0 at Broadwood, making me through on away goals. Group stages were against: Reading, Marselle,Seville and CSKA Sofia. Beat Sofia 4 or 5-0 away, drew with Marselle 2-2 away (Chris Higgins scored a rocket!) beat Reading 2-1 at Broadwood and lost a last minute goal to Seville despite playing brilliantly well. 2nd round is against German outfit Shalkle (sp).
Will post screan-shots tomorrow.

I just cannae be fucked going a Scottish team in this game, it's too boring. Hope the editor lets you restructure leagues in the new version.
Longest I've ever played is 22 seasons taking a team from Serie C/2 to Serie A and making them the 9th richest in the world. When I retired I was given the key to the city, it was a very touching experience.
Got scotland the the World Cup QF as well, got knocked out by Mexico on penalties.
