Been told the new Raith top has been shown in the FFP press today but im stuck in Edinburgh and cant see it, can anyone post up a pic of it for me??

New shirts are in FFP yes,
Home shirt is like Blackburn Rovers with half white half blue going vertically and the away top mainly silver.

The new home shirt is fucking brilliant! Just ran down for a FFP there just now, very nice. I'll certainly be buying it.

It's too much hassle for me to post a picture on here though, I'd have to take a picture on my phone, install all the equipment to transfer etc... if you're desperate to see it, look up the 'New Kits' thread, and have a look at Jack_Bauer's impression of how it would look. It's very similar to that. Dark blue and white halves- with gold writing underneath our badge.

The away shirt is silver, with red trim. Looks like the same design as we had for the home shirt this year. Sounds horrible the way I've put it, but it does look nice.

The pictures in the press are just the computer generated images by the way, it's not players modelling them or anything. But I love the home shirt!

As for the strip, looks like I was pretty close with my attempt weeks ago They are very smart and I will be buying them both as soon as they come out, which I was told today will be towards the end of July.

The home shirt looks really cool IMO. Not sure about the away kit though, hopefully it will look better in real life.

Good to see the club going back to its roots to celebrate our 125th year, with a modern version of our first strip.

Cue the local rags attempt at humour by having a couple of players wearing the tops, while sporting the haircuts and 'tashe's of the 1880's.

Prefer the away TBH. Home is a bit too simmilar to Blackburn for my liking.

They look ok to me. Will likely purchase both of them.

Here's a couple of higher-res pics I took using my old phone. I like the gold trimming around the badge and it also says "125 Years" in gold lettering underneath it. Can't wait to buy it

The trim round the badge is gold as is the lettering beneath. Having seen the proofs it is very nicely done and IMO a nice modern take on our first strip.

Been banging the drum for this design since last summer so glad someone was irked enough by guys rattling on about it to have a look at the design.

The link between this top and last years Spurs 125 top is worth noting as it showed puma might be willing to work with such a design for the Rovers.

Would love this to be a spring board to the club claiming a particular design as its signature strip or delving into the past again (Navy with gold bands and the much discussed white with two blue hoops)

oh ffs just get it over with and show us pics from the side and back and then you can get back to slagging east fife

For once in a long time, I actually like the new Rovers home shirt . Havent really liked them for a number of years (although I still buy them as it is money for RRFC afterall). The Puma home one from last season grew on me eventually (should have washed it really ), but the last one I really liked was the 'snowy' one we wore when we won some trophy or other (wasn't the reason for liking it though). The club have to be applauded for getting something a wee bit special for our anniversary, and this is perfect. I hope it will be a big seller. Now, not so sure about the silver one. Just a pity we couldn't get another one of our old style shirts as the away one.........the white one with two blue hoops. Still, may be one for the future (I hope).

From what i've seen of the home shirt, i love it. Will definitely be buying it this season.

plesently surprised by the home kit thought it would be a howler. agree it is time the rovers got a distinctive kit that itentifies them always liked navy top with two hoops white shorts and socks

The first real look at the new Rovers kits. Absolutely fantastic, Puma have come up with a special anniversary strip for us. Well done Rovers. Will defo be buying both. Great kits, and not a yellow and black or green and white deckchair in sight........eh East Fife.

Didn't think i'd buy strip either but i'll probably get both as they both look excellent.

Great kit, looks even better than it does in the drawings Still no word of when exactly they will be released but the club have said:

"The production run is under way, and we are hoping that at least the home kits, in all adult and youth sizes, will be available before the end of July. The away kits are likely to follow three or four weeks later."

Will certainly be buying the home top, not sure on the away however.

I'm not over the moon about it but it could have been a lot worse. At least its the right colour. The grey one is hideous - looks like a white strip thats been washed besides jeans that have run.

Not as bad as when the first pics of last seasons strips were released................the sponsor was on the belly button, and the badges were too low......didn't help too that Craig Winter was one of the 'models'. Must have felt sorry for the handsome guy. Still, even with that against the strips, they sold very well. Funny feeling this seasons one is going to run out quickly, as it is cracking.

Actually not bad at all. The away one looks like Bulgaria or Austria.

Puma do some pretty smart stuff at the moment.

I think the strips look ok. Neither are as smart as last years away top but still better than some of the recent efforts.
