Yes, you can convert movies into the format for ipod (mp4 i think).

Apologies if been asked before, but would this work converting to PSP? I wasn't sure if PSP ran off MP4.

With the latest updates, PSP can now play regular divx/xvid files - so you can convert to that for them.
