Season tickets go on sale this Thursday and the early price is in effect through July 9th.
Points of Interest:
Season Ticket Book- again this year there will be a pre-season ticket included at the front of the book that will entitle the holder to gain entry free of charge at any pre-season home game that we have this year.
Pricing changes- The Panda Pals ticket (U-12’s) still remains an incredible value at £15 and the U-16 is still just £40.
Ayr united have held their admission prices for a number of seasons, however in common with the majority of businesses around, we have seen our running costs increase significantly. As we do not want these additional costs to have an adverse effect on our ability to recruit players, we have made some changes to our gate prices.
We have also streamlined our pricing structure so that there is no distinction in price between the ground/enclosure and the main stand. Therefore if you were in the stand prices go down and if you are in the ground/enclosure, prices go up slightly. The new prices are £12 for an adult, and £6 for a concession. The season tickets are a 25% discount off gate prices based on the early price.
Gate changes – There are no changes to entry procedures from last years policies.
Join us for this season, get behind the Honest Men and help push us towards promotion.
Adult Season Ticket: £175, £160 Early
O.A.P. Season Ticket: £85, £80 Early
U16 Season Ticket: £40
Panda Pal: £15 (Includes two coaching sessions with the Football Development Department after a home game)

On my last visit to Somerset (midweek league game), there were only 50-100 people in the stand with 1000 or so on the terrace, so this actually makes a lot of sense.
Suppose it might effect the atmosphere a bit aft the majority of those who stand tranfer to the seats, but I doubt that'll happen.

£12 to get in, a whole £1 less than us. What will the Ayr fans who were spitting blood about our prices say to this

Product on the park gets worse every year, the gates fall every year, yet these clowns in charge of our club decide to put the prices up for more of the same shite? Absolute joke

Some of the bacteria in the toilets at Somerset must have been cultured enough to be a grade A chemical weapon, perhaps a call to the MoD could solve all Ayrs financial woes ?

Now there is a juxtaposition if I ever heard one.
Ayr and cultured in the same sentence.

Since we last had a price rise about 6 or 7 years ago it certainly isn't the wage bill(down about £800 000 p/yr since then),the catering(sourced out to shite caterers..except in the Main Stand) or the Hospitality(also tendered out)or the youth teams(run by fund raising and supporters by the AUFA)
So i think you're all paying for our Planning Application.

That black stuff, oil I think it's called, has apparently gone up in price and is making something else...inflation, I think the economists are calling it, rise upwards. I am led to believe that inflation makes prices rise...not ticket prices but everything else that a club might have to buy...like, I don't know, electricity.

Things can't be that bad I heard Ayr cancelled the sponsor draw that raises £25K-£30K

We have a sponsor for the home and away shirts, but there wil be a smaller scale draw for shorts sponsorship. I doubt it will be as successful though, because there's no season ticket with the draw ticket this time.

No but I imagine the team bus does. Add to that the increase in the cost of electricity and it's understandable.

It is half the price now though, come on be fair

It should be slightly less mind, given the prize.

I'm not saying it's unfairly priced, but I think a lot of the interest in the original draw was from fans and their businesses who would have been buying a season ticket anyway.
It's another income stream and that's all good.

You've still got the same one - happens to me too. Go remove your avatar completely instead of upload one over the existing one, then put a new one on, that usually sorts it.
