It's the only one that would make "sense". He's a striker which is a position we are always short of cover for. With his age I would be surprised if he's ready for first team football, unless of course he is dynamite.

Aye. Sherif plays through the middle I understand. About 5ft. 9-10" so not exactly a presence. He's pretty much an unknown otherwise. I wandered past Broadwood today on my way to Croy station and went down for a look. I didn't get a great view (at a distance) to be honest but there were a good few faces unbeknownst to me. If I was to hazard a guess at which one (trialist) was the German guy (if he was there at all) I'd say he was a pretty tall guy with fair hair. Couldn't place a name onto that face. Just going on the generalisation that Germans are tall... pretty weak guess then. No idea of position or that. It's likely the guy that Albertz' recommended though aye.

This is the only picture of the guy I was able to find so the likelyhood of you being able to say if it was him or not is pretty low if you were a distance away. Only other article relating to this guy was about how he fled his country leaving his family etc behind seeking asylum here and how Rangers signed him after seeing him play on a red blaes pitch!
