Teams moving are not a new thing, Arsenal are probably the most famous, but what MK Dons did certainly grates.
Mergers are again something which has happened over the years , But buying a club to get back in the league because you have gone bust and got relegated ! jeez thats shocking. I am just glad that Ken (master) Bates and Leeds hadn't thought of that..............

With airdrie it was different, as the club had gone bust, it was just like a business going bankrupt, and then changing into the wifes name, and back trading again.
As far as i know, Airdrie never lost any fans over it, as it was the fans who got the idea off the ground initially.
I was in gorgie last night, there was a few airdrie through for the game, ythye seemed to be tha ones smiling aftet the game, or what i can remember...

I think it is more a case of what happened to Clydebank in the whole Airdrieonians-to-Airdrie United scenario.
Yesterday I witnessed a total demolition and humiliation of your team Lossie Loon which was far worse than our outing against Arbroath, the whole team was rank rotten and I doubt that you and Shaker will be seen on this forum for a while after that result.
