In the dark days of the 80's when clubs had only 2 subs, every team in Scotland used the numbers 12 & 14.
The only excpetion to this being Celtic who used 12 & 13, is there any reason why ?

Was it because the numbers only appeared on the back of the shorts so no one could read them anyway?
Did Celtic not actually start with the number 13 instead of 7 or something like that or i am just dreaming?
