That doesn't really surprise me.
A red candle? That's the colour of our great rivals England. That's not very patriotic

I think you'll find they don't.
I originally made the comment as a joke regarding your strong patriotic nature, but after reading such lunacy that England play in black and white, I should back my point up with a picture.
England playing in black and white is as incorrect as this alleged 1-1 draw away in Austria under Craig Brown!

So, their home shirt is white and
red, their away shirt is
red with a touch of blue, and their flag is
red and white.
A fairly clear indictaion that a colour strongly associated with England is red

No way is that the same colour as the Scotland home top.
No chance, certainly closer to black than it is blue

It is not closer to black than blue - they are just blue.

You do know there are different shades of blue don't you - i mean the shorts are the same colour as the trim on the shirt, and the lions on the badge, something you already admitted earlier was blue.
Definitely at the windup.
Wouldn't fancy playing them any time in the next 2-3 years, I think they'd give us a good hiding and have a score to settle.

I'm colour blind and even I know England play in predominantly white with navy.
You see, ordinary shops sell what look like black shorts, but if you look closely, you'll see that they're very, very, very, very, very, very, very dark blue.
Never buy black shorts from a normal shop.
They shaft you every time.
