I originally made the comment as a joke regarding your strong patriotic nature, but after reading such lunacy that England play in black and white, I should back my point up with a picture.

So, their home shirt is white and red, their away shirt is red with a touch of blue, and their flag is red and white.

A fairly clear indictaion that a colour strongly associated with England is red

home shirt is 99% white with a bit of red and their shorts are black

I'm colour blind and even I know England play in predominantly white with navy.

You see, ordinary shops sell what look like black shorts, but if you look closely, you'll see that they're very, very, very, very, very, very, very dark blue.

Never buy black shorts from a normal shop.

They shaft you every time.
