Prompted by a comment on another thread which said that ICT's is the only ground where Accies haven't played a league match...
First question: Is this true?
Second question: Are there any clubs that have played league football at every ground? I guess that could be either every current ground OR every ground at any one particular time... sounds too difficult tho!

I've personally SEEN Queen of the South play on every current ground in Scottish football other than Ibrox and Tynecastle and we played away at both of those in 1983 I think, just before I started going to games.
The game at Strathclyde Homes Stadium, Dumbarton was only a friendly though. Not sure if you want to count that?
I'd be surprised if there's any previous stadium we haven't played at too (presumiung it existed after 1919). We certainly played at Brockville, Kilbowie, Meadowbank, Annfield, Old Bayview, Douglas Park, Shawfield, etc.
we have played at every teams current stadium outwith Falkirks new one in the league, we visited there in a friendly though

As far as I know Elgin is the only one we need.

I've seen Ayr play at all current grounds apart from Aberdeen, Elgin, East Fife and Falkirk.
We've definately played at Aberdeen before, pretty certain we've played at Elgin when they were non-league but we certainly haven't visited East Fife (until next season) or Falkirk's new stadiums yet.

I don't think we've played at Peterhead, Elgin or Ross County (although will tick that one off next season). We haven't played league matches at Gretna (Raydale) or New Bayview, although we've played cup-ties there (and at old Bayview of course). And we've only played a pre-season friendly at Dumbarton's new ground.
Personally, I think I've seen the Pars play at 47 different grounds

Still to do Elgin, Peterhead and East Fife in a competetive game, although visited all three in friendlies.
Don,t think we have played any kind of game at Strathclyde Homes Stadium, so thats probably the only current one.
Seen Saints play at all the current grounds except Strathclyde Homes and Montrose, Stenny and East Stirling, though we played ES at Grangemouth Athletics Ground.
Livi have not played at Peterhead, although we played them at home in the cup. Played Elgin in a friendly there. Other than that it would have to be new stadiums, New Bayview, SHS, etc.

Falkirk's new stadium is the only current league ground that Stranraer haven't played at, and also the only one that I haven't visited.
I've seen us playing at all grounds except Motherwell, Dundee United (missed the game there in 2004) and (obviously) Falkirk.

Yeah I believe so. Further to that I think ICT and Falkirk's new stadium are the only ones that have not been visited on league duty but have instead been picked up through various cup comps.

The answer to the first question is definitely true. We have played their three times - twice in the Scottish Cup (3-1 & 1-6) and once in a friendly (0-2). We have never been in the same division as Inverness so will never have played them in the league.
Re the second question, I cant think of any Scottish club who will have played league games at all other current 41 grounds. Accies will surely be the first to achieve it in the coming season. Although Celtic Park & Tynecastle are certainly very different since we were last there on league business, they are still officially the same ground.
NB on thinking about it, Morton may be close as they have been up & down the divisions as well, but I dont think they will have played a league game at Falkirk's new stadium yet.

Correct, we did play a friendly at TFS on 26th July 2006 but no competitive games there yet. We've played league games at every other ground.
Personally, I've just got Tynecastle and Pittodrie to go.

Yep - we got to tick off quite a few belters in the 3rd division!

Interesting to think that there will be clubs that have never (and will never) played at another's traditional ground such as Douglas Park, Bayview, Boghead, Brockenville and of course, Meadowbank Stadium (anyone else had a game called off because it clashed with a cat show?)
Personally I've still got Inverness and Tynecastle to go.
