While we steamroller the First Division ( tongue.gif ) I was wondering which game the Accies boys will be looking forward to most? Castle Greyskull? Parkhead? Motherwell?!
YER SISTERS YER MAW
Anyone, just delighted to have the opportunity to see accies play top flight football.I suppose beating Motherwell in the lanarkshire derby and playing the biggots in particular.

Im sure they loved the drum as well, or was that in your pre-ultra ( laugh.gif ) days? I assume from your name that you are the clown with said drum?

I'm looking forward to all our home games.

I don't really fancy any of the away games, and I'll probably only go to a handful over the season.

Motherwell, Motherwell & Motherwell. Without a shadow of a doubt.

That will do for me too.

However in all honesty, I just want to enjoy the moment, and enjoy collecting memories of the best time ever to be an Accie.

I'm not looking forward to the SPL as much as I should be, as it's more a war of attrition than a league imo. It's hardly an institution worthy of respect!

I hope we survive, but I don't think it will be as much fun as this season (I remember 1986-87 and 88-89 only too well..)

Still absolutely delighted to be there though!
Accies1
I aim to go to every game however funds may not be up to it. So I'll be making sure to get to Ibrox, ICT, Aberdeen and Parkhead at least once. The rest I'd like to go to all the games there.

Atleast they dont have to goto Livi next season, thats better than any First Division title...Stirling should think themselves lucky as well.

Shouldn't this be in the SPL forum? wink.gif

Been to Kingsmills and Telford St manys a time. Even played once on Grant Street park but never been to the new Caley Thisle park. So a trip up north even fit in visit to family will be just dandy.

least looking forward to: has to be Ibrox. What chance Rangers will come out and attack us? Probably fall asleep with Rangers 4-5-1. likely to be most boring game of season.
MC Pee Pants
you should be able to visit not one but TWO st. mirren grounds next season accies fans.

i bet you'll be looking forward to that cool.gif
Tubbs
Inverness and Aberdeen.

Never been to either.
EKACCIES
Inverness , the only ground in Scotalnd we haven't palyed a league game on.

St Mirren's new ground.

Hibs, always a good awayday.
Sniff
Would be good to get a result against Celtic.

I would enjoy watching it on Setanta in a pub over here, wearing my Accies shirt.

The stroll over to Motherwell via either Strathclyde Park or the bridge dividing the two towns is always a good walk.

Jumping out of the Vaults for the 2:30 train to Parkhead and possible all days sessions in Edinburgh allied to a weekend in Inverness are highly anticipated.

Paying up to £25 for the privilege is not.Need to up the ante for free/reduced admission at away games. The old Walls Ice-cream executive persona may have to come out of the freezer so-to speak.

Is that true? And it leads to the obvious question... how many clubs have played a league game on every ground?

I'm really looking forward to going to see Accies at Fir Park. I've always enjoyed that local rivalry and am sure we can revive the old songs - 'Oh what fun it is to beat the 'Well on New Year's Day!'

Any day, really, though!

Teams that Dundee unfortunately won't be looking forward to next season laugh.gif
Captain Scarlet
For me - Easter Road and Fir Park.

Not sure if I'll go to the OF games, either home or away. Can't really be arsed with the side show that accompanies them.
ArthurLee
Motherwell for obvious reasons, Hibs and Hearts for a chance to get a swally in Auld Reekie - Ibrox and Parkhead for the chance to have a beer with OF supporting mates on level terms ! wink.gif

Never been to Killie or Aberdeen so want to tick those off the list - not looking forward to ICT fresh memories of going there in the cup and getting horsed.
accies
Just Motherwell! biggrin.gif
