Ah, this happened to me a few times.
What you have to do is turn everything off, disconnect all the cables and then wait for 5 minutes. Then get a bucket of water and put all your hardware in it and leave for about 10 minutes. Leave everything wrapped in a towel on a radiator overnight and it should be all fine in the morning.
If that still doesnt work then wrap everything in towels and block off all the airflows and try and heat it up as much as possible.
alternatively use a heat sink which is where instead of using a bucket, you fill up a sink with cold water and put all your hardware in it, and then dry it off as described above but be careful when handling the equipment that you earth yourself so that static electricity doesnt damage any of the components when your putting them into the water
