Got a problem with my PC Guard, as it is telling me I don't have Anti-Virus and the Firewall on my account, which is bull as both come included with the bog standard broadband which I have and if I didn't have that I wouldn't be typing this.

2 phone calls, unsurprisedly to a call centre somewhere in India since 10am, along with 2 promises of a call back to resolve the problem within 2 hours (1st 2 hrs ran out at 12, 2nd 2hrs run out at 3pm) have so far come to FA, so someone at Branson Enterprises will be getting it in the neck from my dad should it not be resolved by 5pm when he gets in (he pays the bill).

Anyone else suffering something similar??

I'll be very surprised if anyone else here uses it. Answer to your problem: Don't use it.

AVG - free to use and fine for most users
Norton - Crap, slows your computer down
McAfee - Owned by Symantec who make Norton - Same product with a different look.
Kaspersky - I find it very good because my PC is high spec and is not slowed down by this.
NOD32 - From what I hear this is the gamers choice. A performance anti-virus.
Bullguard - Probably about the best value for money at the moment.
