Correct it isnt. But the ground is a good bit from Ballingry, its just ouside Lochgelly in Glencraig. Might go down to this, should be a good game.

Ballingry has got a nice wee setup but the pitch is on one hell of a hill. The old Fester Road slop has nothing on this!!!!

Surprised how rarely we have met considering both sides are usually there or thereabouts. Last season was the only time I can remember us playing you in the last 30 years.

I don't think the Lok will find it as easy as they expect at Ballingry. They are a well organised side 'Dan' Dair is always dangerous with freekicks and the slope needs to be taken into the equation.

The Rose did well to beat them there once on penalties last season and 2 nil earlier this season.

I don't think people are imagining it to be an easy tie but we're no mugs and I'd fancy us, on our day and with everyone fit, against most non-league opposition. We've got a very good squad.

Ballingry are having a good season and have won 16 of the 23 games they've played as well as beating Whitletts on pens last weekend.

As for the Rose, I'm told that on the occasions you have drawn them in cup competition, Sinnet has rotated his squad. That's what we did against St. Andrews United in the 3rd Round - 3 players practically given their 1st starts of the season, or "brought out of cold storage" as the manager put it in his programme notes the following week, yet we still won 3-0. We will go to Ore Park with all guns blazing and with the best players available selected.

Lok and slopes don't always go together so hearing that does make me worry!

For Rosey Posey & the Nock, just keep spouting boys, we're all loving it.

As far as I'm concerned, Newtongrange are one of the best teams the Rose have met this season and by the look of your results, you know how to score goals. We're not there yet and it's no certainty that we'll beat Cumnock but, if we do, it's another tough draw and one to look forward to (hopefully).

Agreed to an extent. Newtongrange in the first half were the best junior team the Rose have faced this season but they fell out of it in the 2nd. The Rose still have a tough game against Cumnock before we can worry about anyone else and getting the game played is a major worry at the moment as well.

As for Ballingry, I think Pollok will win but it will be a tough game. Hopefully the Pollok punters wind up the Ballingry manager as he is a complete zoomer and bites at any and all comments made by supporters. He was the highlight of the Rose game there a few weeks ago.
