That's good to know. I can't be arsed going through last week again.

I got told the game was cancelled just as i was about to get on my bus for the fantastic hour journey.
Nizzy
Rain's been off for a while, too.
LeeDFC
bit of a joke if its cancelled due to rain. I'm sure I heard they had pitch covers down for the United game. Must not have been arsed to do it for this game- no TV money. mad.gif

Pitch covers don't prevent the pitch getting waterlogged.

Dry just now, has been for the past hour or so. The rain which has fell today was heavy but was only in small bursts, ground is soggy. Winds here were gale force this evening, but have subsided now.

In short there hasn't been huge rainfall today, but enough to maintain the flooded patches on the pitch (probably). Hopefully there will be no further rainfall from now until kick off, I would think if that was to be the case the game would go ahead. Although there's no way of telling for sure.

Gary Bollan said at 7pm tonight that as long as there was no more heavy rain the pitch would be fine. He was busy on the fieldturf with the youngsters.

Anyone who has the confidence to hammer in a 43 yard free-kick (v Falkirk) has to know what the pitch will be like!!

Please dont think Clyde will be looking for a call-off due to Manager difficulties as they need the steady income.

Your Title is incorrect, it is the clyde fans that need the help wink.gif laugh.gif

The game is on!
Mr Roberts
I'm all conflicted now.
