Hamilton will win this game comfortably. We are dreadful. End of discussion.

I think it'll be a very hard game for us if we go 4 5 1. We need 2 up front to play the ball too. As for "End of discussion" don't be selfish

I seriously cant see anything but an easy win for you guys tomorrow, i hope im wrong though. Im also not expecting to see much of a passing game from either side, due to the state of the pitch. If the game even goes ahead that is

Hamilton win.
The smart money's going on a score draw.
Thistle 2 - 1 Hamilton
Thistle score 2nd minute goal, leaving Hamilton shell-shocked. They slowly recover and equalise in the 77th minute, only for Thistle to throw another sucker punch by scoring a last gasp goal to ensure all 3 points stay at Firhill. Hamilton leave feeling dejected, and go on a downward spiral, finishing 3rd, leaving Dundee to wrap up the title with 4 games to spare.

I certainly hope so. However after two easy wins this season (probably our two easiest of the season), gut instinct tells me that tomorrow will be different and Thistle will be a much greater challenge for us.
As I seem to say every week these days, I would take a scrappy hard-fought 1-0 win in a minute.

I think we'll win this one, but as others have said, I doubt it'll be as easy as our two previous encounters with Partick this season.
With Mensing in the starting line-up, we should be able to battle our way, and with a muddy pitch and possibly high winds, I expect that's what it'll take. Hopefully Offiong will be back, so the team should be:
Halliwell (or Cerny)
Parratt Elebert McLaughlin Easton
McCarthy Mensing Neil McArthur Graham
Offiong
Sorry, 'accies', but it'll be 4-5-1, and a real 4-5-1, not 4-3-3 or anything like it. No way will we start this one 4-4-2 - in fact we're unlikely to play that formation at any stage of the game.
I'll predict 2-1 Accies.

With Thistle only having lost once this season at Firhill (to Accies), and with the fact 6 other games there have finished in draws, leaves me with a worrying feeling it's going to be a draw tomorrow.
We are struggling for goals, Thistle are home draw specialists and we are due an away draw having not done so this season. Hope I'm wrong and we rattle in a few goals to put pressure on Dundee to get a result at Broadwood. Take any win with Accies lining up IMO:
Cerny
Parratt; Elebert; McLaughlin; Easton
Graham; Mensing; Neil; McArthur; Gilhaney
Offiong
Subs: (GK Halliwell; Gibson; McCarthy; Barrau; Wake)

Presume the game is on as no mention of an official pitch inspection. Have yet to draw an away game this year. Hopefully sneak a one goal win.

If the pitch is crap then it doesn't benefit them any more than us. We still have better players who will can control the ball better and will adapt better. Their defence won't keep up with Offiong and with him having competition, he'll be out to prove a point. I can't see them scoring and can't see us no scoring so that only means one thing.

McCarthy's the most likely of the midfield trio to make way for Mensing - if Neil and McArthur are both fit (and I've no reason to think they're not), then McCarthy will be forced out wide. But I'd be surprised if the 17yo is dropped.
Gilhaney hasn't started for weeks, and isn't likely to make the first XI now that competition for places has intensified - he may not even make the bench.

That reminds me of a song we used to sing at Firhill in years gone by:
"Oh Tommy Burns, is full of sh

ite, oh Tommy Burns is full of sh
