Try installing firefox

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/

Use this instead of IE and see how it gets on.

Tried but it wouldn't load it. Won't load any links or pop ups and I've turned the blockers off.

Least my silly old hamster run computer works properly.

How do you mean it doesn't respond if you click any links? But you're able to get online and navigate to P&B?

I meant to be able to navigate to Mozzila's site and let normal service resume.

All the guy has tried doing is clicking on the link itself and then gave up!

I have gone to the mozzila site directly but then when I click on the download button everything freezes up.

Managed to figure it out and sort it myself!
