Parts 1 to 5 of a presentation given by one of the best, certainly the most talented, C64 game music composers.

It's a bit hard going if you are not interested in it as Rob shows that even after 20 years or so of adulation he is still boring as f*ck. Me? I lapped it up but then again this is very much my thing.

The links to similar vids is interesting too, as there are a few live performances of his work.

From memory (I've not actually watched all the videos as he is an incredibly dull speaker - and I probably know most of what he's talking about anyway!) he moved to Electronic Arts at the turn of the 90's. The first tune I think he did for them was PGA Golf and I've got to say I was sorely disappointed. Perhaps the C64 limitations brought the best out of the man, but a lot of the stuff he did for them wasn't as impressive as you would have hoped.


Road Rash... rocking game and well worth a remake for today's consoles.
