After the past few performances i cannot see us taking anything from this game and i am going to stick with my 3-0 win for hamilton as i think they will destroy us out on that pitch on saturday.
At last a positive is that the defence played quite well today and at partick so hopefully they do the same on saturday and try to hold them to maybe a goalless draw but i just cannot see that happening, infact i cannot see us even scoring a goal against them but i hope i am wrong.

Your Thoughts And Predictions on the outcome of this game?
DomDom
I don't even want to predict this. Play as we have done the last couple of weeks and we'll get utterly demolished.
vikingTON
Russell will score.
We will gain revenge on those cheats by having this goal.
We will then go on to lose pathetically.

Hamilton will boss the midfield in a ridiculously easy manner and cruise to the easiest three away points they'll get all season.
In order to entertain the masses, templeman will be brought on to showcase his skills of hesitancy and falling over.
Tubbs
We are not finding the net like we were and will no doubt be a hard fought game which should be very interesting.

The 'afters' from the last game will add some spice but any team that lets if affect their discipline could find it costly.

I think morton will win this one:)

If Morton take their chances(which they should have today) I reckon they could get a decent win.

Yes i know too many chances are not being taken in front of goal and if we want to stay in this division then we must start taking them, starting on saturday if we get a win against hamilton, (which i doubt) then the players confidence would improve and hopefully we could become more consistent in future games and stay in this division.
SteamingparBoz
I don't think you'll have a problem staying up going by the two games I've seen against you. You have a couple of huge centre backs and big Chris to bring on up front and if you can win a good few set plays, they should capitilize more. I actually think you look a better side than a lot of teams in the league including Dundee, but hey, we all are where we deserve to be (except us big boys laugh.gif laugh.gif wink.gif )

Me? I say Us 0 - 2 Accies again.

Haha its just that on the basis of the last two games we should have taken chances to win the game and havn't, the performances both times werent that good at all either.

And also the fact that the last time we won at cappilow in the league was 6/10/07 and we are hosting top of the league hamilton who are more than 14 points clear of us so i just cannot see us taking anything from this game but we must start winning our home games if we want any chance of staying up.

As i said before we aint won at home since 6/10/07 against partick which ended in 4-2.
Thats why i predict a loss of 3-0 even if hamilton are "off the boil"

And by God should we have hit them for double figures that day!
More poor finishing, even in victory rolleyes.gif

William Collum. Good referee.

There's also the comedy of Martin Sproule - as a linesman laugh.gif

Can't see anything other than an Accies win in this one.

One thing that'll be going for us is that the players will definitely be up for it after the last time, and I think what happened at NDP will be a lot of motivation for Templeman and we could see him getting his first league goal of the season, if he can just get in the bloody box.

However at the end of the day Hamilton are better than us in every area, and Morton taking anything here would be a big shock.

Can't see us being good enough to win this one. Our midfield is shocking at the moment, and we've nicely shot ourselves in the foot and not given ourselves any other options in there, well done McInally rolleyes.gif

McLaughlin is so far off the pace of the game, same with McAnespie.

Finlayson should be dropped, he started to play well earlier in the season (to my amazement and delight) but since getting hit in the balls twice in 10 minutes against Stirling all he seems to want to do is run straight out of the pitch with the ball, taking his revenge by depriving the ball of it's favoured position, on the field. Finlayson's ineptitude makes me crazy!

I'll go for a 2-0 win for Morton.

Football's a funny game, everything logically makes me think Hamilton will win easily, but if betting teaches you anything, it's siding with logic usually makes you poor laugh.gif

Two teams who have lost the knack of scoring. The fans are in for a high-scoring game............not.

Can't see us scoring after today - against our poorest opposition so far !

Hamilton's perfect chance to redeem winning ways.

Prediction: Morton 0-3 Accies.
Piehutt
Can't see us scoring.

Our best hope is that Accies have another off day and we scrape a draw.

Tightest league in Britain... by far so anything can happen.
AyrshireTon
Maybe we can influence the Cowshed side assistant referee. dry.gif

The team will be well fired up after the last meeting, but I don't think it will matter - we are dreadful at home and certain parts of the Cowshed are like a 12th man for the opposition.
Muggy
Come on Morton!!!
josecomehome
my prediction is
Morton 0 - ? Hamilton

If we score 1 then we'll score 3.
Booker_d
Cant believe the pessimism of the Morton fans on here.

We just cant seem to score at the moment. Although our midfield is pefroming excellently well and creating loads of chances, we seem to have a real problem hitting the target recently.

2-0 to someone. Hopefully us.
Satans_Husband
It's going to be a mental 3-3 with the Morton fans afterwards treating it like a defeat.

That's because you don't watch us.

If you lot don't beat us on Saturday, then there are problems up NDP way. In saying that, the visit of Hamilton to Cappielow might bring some extra fight from the players.

That's the problem.
Our midfield is dreadfully weak at the moment (worse than usual).
You will control the game from the middle and win: our defence isn't rock solid enough to hold out against continual pressure.

A darw , we have not had an away draw this season.

I am sure we will have a few betwenn now and the end of the season.

A controversial injurytime winning goal for The Ton.Now that would be the icing on the cake, but oh how we would all laugh as Dundee went top. laugh.gif

So its not enough for your team to get 3 points, you are looking for someone else to win as well................... like the Murphy's ?

Perhaps the cake will be all over your face ............again ?

Nah, I think most have written this off as a "Gemini" game.
3 points would be fantastic though.

No, just his usual, wrods all oevr the place.

I wouldn't be unhappy with a draw as long as we put away QOS and Stirling in our next two games at home.

We do have the second worst home record in the league (narrowly ahead of Stirling).
I think you'll be pleasantly surprised by our hospitality.
Just like in the first game.

Still, while the aura of Fortress Cappielow remains, we can beat anyone.
Onwards, upwards, sliding downwards.
