The thing that disappoints me most was that Albion didn't have to work too hard for their goals.
1st goal - free header
2nd goal - midfielder able to run right through our porous defence
3rd goal - midfielder given too much room to turn and shoot (superb strike though)
4th goal - keeper spilling free-kick to forwards feet
5th goal - well worked, but in the move barely had a tackle to avoid
We played for about 10 minutes, between our first goal and half time, and scored a couple of decent goals, although Rennie's maybe wasn't meant
This week has seen the league close up a ridiculous amount, and it really looks like any 3 from 7 for the playoffs (with Stranraer and
Montrose strong favourites) and if we want to stay involved, something has to change. 8 points from our last 8 games isn't enough.
You wouldn't be saying that if you saw us today. In fact, given the way we've played the past two months I'm astonished we are still 3rd.
Have only seen Arbroath this season in the games against the Mo, but on the basis of those two, you should be a stronger bet for the play-offs. However it seems that when we slip-up you've done likewise.
