Is there any good websites that you know of?
If you check the BBC, they have lots of shows that you can view. I know it's not really what you were looking for (or I presume it's not) but still worth checking out.

Thanks for the reply,i have found TVU Clicky It has sports and most American tv channels on there,best of all it's free.
