My iriver H320 has frozen and won't work, when you turn it on, it boots up normally and when the start screen comes on, the display shows connected and there is no way to get off that screen until the battery dies.

I was going to reset button, but thought i might lose a lot of my music, I had to use my iriver as a storage device for my music as i was running out of space on my laptop.

Does anyone know if pressing the reset buttons does lose you all your music, if it does are there any other ideas?

All help greatly appretiated

Cheers

Irivers are much better than iPods. In fact, the watery shite I did earlier is better than an iPod tongue.gif

I'm sure you've sorted it out by now, but on my (older) iRiver, it didn't lose the music to use the reset button

Ditto. Worked just like pressing the reset button on a PC smile.gif
