Im going to go to the Scotland U19 game at Forthbank since Tam Scobbie is the Captian and was wondering if anyone can tell me the best way to get to Forth bank from Falkirk. Was thinking of train then getting a Bus but dont know what bus to get. If anyone can help it would be great.

Cheers

Whenever i headed out to watch an albion game, i just walked from the station, takes about 20 mins to walk and is very easy.

As far as buses, there is definitely one to the springkerse shopping park, but that might only be during the day (I'm guessing the U19 game is at night during the week).

I think that bus only runs during the day to the park and ride, with a stop outside Forthbank.

Best way to do it is to walk up... do you need directions?

Take a left when you get out of the train station so you're heading towards the bus station. Cross the road and keep walking until you come to the roundabout (it's huge - you cannae miss it). Head under the underpass and keep going straight on - you'll head under another underpass. KFC should be on your left by this stage and busy road to your right. Head up this road for 5-10 mins. Take the first left after you pass the petrol station (you should see Forthbank by this point). Head straight down that road, which swings away from the ground near the end but takes you to another roundabout where you take a left.

The joys of having a ground in an industrial estate... wink.gif

Who remembers the good old Annfield days when all you had to say was "Go up the hill when you get out of the train station and follow the crowd!" smile.gif
