Why hasn't Shug McCann came back into Management. He has always done a good job wherever he was, Alloa, Queens Park and Hearts etc.
He is now running our very successful youth set up here at Alloa and has uncovered a few gems such as Jamie Stevenson & John Grant, but i cant understand how this goes unnoticed by clubs who want to risk taking a chance with unproven guys such as Brian Irvine at Elgin and Davy Robertson at Montrose.
People like Shug have a lot to offer the game and could be used as a mentor for young Managers like Gerry Britton and Scott Leitch at RossCounty.
Think about that Idea the beaks from the SFA (or should i say the experts on the think tank committee remember them, i think not)
