To be fair to Jimmy, he's only managed 3 clubs, all of which are at very long odds to win anything (NEC, Aberdeen & Dunfermline). He coached rather than managed for a decade or so in Holland and was 42 when he stepped up to manage NEC in '97. He took them to the Dutch Cup Final just before he left for Dunfermline (I think).
