Hamstring

McFadden and Miller now out for the France game.

There's only one thing for it.

Something that Smith will have to have a think about. I get the feeling that it'll be 4-5-1 but I really don't fancy seeing Boyd up front by himself. He doesn't do the running that Kenny Miller does and I can see him becoming isolated from the midfield.

There are few other options though. Maybe he'll shock us and give a start to someone like Maloney.

I think that Hartley will be pushed up to support the loan striker with Ferguson coming into the midfield with O'Connor or Boyd playing as the loan striker

Hope ferguson is not playing as he is crap and i think he shold play 4-4-2 with boyd and O'conner or maybe even a fit shaun maloney or if naismith is scoring more up till the when the squad is is selected.
Falkirk till I die
I'd play O'Conner up front on his own I Don't think Boyd would do very well on his own especially since I think we'll have trouble getting support up to whoever the lone srtiker is(there's no chance Walter will play 2 up front)

There could be the chance he might play Maloney and Burke out wide at least that's what I would hope he would do.

Whatever he decides to do I think it's fair to say we certainly have more options than we did in the past.
donald
i'd start a fit maloney instead of mcfadden anyway. big chance for him if he gets selected.
Mon the Rovers
Big blow with Faddy out, can only hope Smith plays Boyd and Maloney up front. As for Ferguson, he will play, but WHY? We've just won 2 games without him and played quick attacking football, surely we cant let him come in and ruin it
