I had a great view of the game today, certainly better than any time I have been to Hampden. Think it's cos Celtic Park is built up the way and Hampden goes out the way, if you get what I mean? Plus, the stands are closer to the pitch.

Not going to happen but personally I'd rather have more games at Celtic Park cos of this.

I agree. Our home games should be moved between Castle Greyskull, The Piggory and Murrayfield, Hampden is gash.

I was in Jock stein upper it was a decent view apart from the fact I couldnt see a fúckíng score board rolleyes.gif

atmpsohere ws better than Hampden, but thats hardly saying much, Hampden is a joke!

I disagree with tany Scotland game being played at Celtic park after they refused to relase players for the Kirin cup.

BOOB Stranraer Loyal!!!!!!!
fair point about the stand's being closer but personaly i would still like to c the games at hampden

its the home of scottish football and i think there is always a better atmosphere at hampden

and geting parked near it is terrible i was on a bus and we never left parkhead until 5.45

Although there was a better view of the game, Hampden is still the place for me.

The atmosphere at the Italy game recently was almost as good as the days on the terracing.

People talk as if the pitch is 100 miles away from the stand.

Caltic Park is just the wrong shape. If the main stand was built like the rest of it, it might be better, but I never once got that enclosed feeling today that you get at Hampden.

And what about the many scotland fans who had to que for feckin ages before the game. We did our usual hampden-eqsue routine but ended up queueing for 30 minutes and missed the first 15 minutes (and the first two goals). What hark is there in postponing for ten minutes to let the paying fans in. I was raging!!!

Shut up you clown, what is the point of having them if half the stadium cant see them?

The organisation and speed at which folk were able to enter the stadium was a joke as well.

I wouldnt even respond to a question about being able to count.

No it never made a "massive" difference, but it made a fucking difference having to take my phone out my pocket to check approximately how long was left, and having to listen intently to hear which substitutions were coming on.

So you're obviously not a regular Scotland fan then? Most would know the subs coming on!

What do you do when you go to grounds that don't have scoreboards? Demand your money back? 1eye.gif

I sit up the back of the North Stand upper and never have a problem telling players apart. Perhaps you have a slight problem with your eyesight. Thank yourself that this has been highlighted.

I accept that no score board is present, and that the stadium is pretty crap, just like I did today.

I was in the North Stand upper, and I could tell the difference between Teale and O'Connor.

a) I know what both of them look like

and, perhaps more importantly...

b ) They look fcuk all like each other.

ALL HÚNS 'n' TIMS ARE SCUM
Have to agree with Rule_britannia here.

I don't like Stadiums where you can only see the pitch and not the scoreboards or more importantly the sky.

Games are never that interesting that you have to watch the pitch for 90 mins. I like looking at the Sky to see planes and various type of birdlife.

I missed a goal at the TFS last season as a flock of geese flew by. I like Geese because of the film "Fly Away Home" starring Jeff Daniels.

Was in the South Stand today and the view was shit, seating too low so that when anyone in front stood up, even two or three rows in front you couldn't see. Also though the atmosphere was crap, although better than the Celtic games I have attended, Parkhead is grossly over rated as a stadium.
