Exactly. If that had been at the other end we wouldn't even have thought about the possibility of it being a forward pass.

I've seen that video before but the Cardiff player was barely moving when he threw that pass. He had nowhere near enough momentum to in part that much forward movement into the ball.

I think he might give a yellow here - it's reckless  but I'm not convinced it was deliberate shoulder to head

I think it's a little harsh, but it's understandable. It's nowhere near as bad as last week's, but as Nigel said, it's the risk he's taken.

Think that was quite harsh, but for all the stick Nigel Owens gets he's the best ref there is because of the way he explains decisions and helps players through the games.

Has anyone managed to catch the team for Cardiff?  Can't mind it off the top of my head but they have a few absentees too with the internationals, plus the injured Sam Warburton.  However, they'll prove to be tricky opposition as always.  Nick Williams starts at 8.  He's an absolute war machine who can cause damage.  He needs to be watched. 

And they've just taken him off to bring on a replacement prop after the red card. Pleasing.
