Season ticket prices

Recommended Posts

Don't even know the prices or when they'll be on sale. Don't know what strip we're getting, who's making it, or who's sponsoring it, either.
Saints fan interaction is absolutely brutal.
come to the dark blue side. alls in order over here. you know it makes sense! [emoji6]

It's always like this, and then the chairman moans that no fans bother with the club.

We've advertised for a Media and Communications Manager, but the job advertised is about three jobs all rolled into one and you'll likely be paid nothing for it.

(Sorry for going OT)

That's the problem. Obviously finances are tight and most clubs focus on the football operation to grow the club and attendances, but clubs can do so much more. In fact, Motherwell are probably a good example of what St Johnstone could do - their communications with fans is excellent.

Hiring good people requires a bit of investment, you get out what you put in ultimately.

Yup. Always found it odd how little effort gets put into fan interaction with Saints. There's still folk in Perth that have no idea and adult and two U12s get into games for £16, and we've had that offer for about five years now.

Brown just doesn't seem interested in that side of things at all.

As much as the media love to portray Saints as a well run club, this is in fact untrue.

It is a very well run business, yet a poorly run club, coaching and playing staff being the exception.

Bought mine today - £315 is decent, considering it comes with a Kid's ticket too. Buying it online was really smooth considering we've just started using the ticketb*****d platform - better than when I got my first one and you had to stick your head through a window inside the main stand and disturb a secretary....

In the opposite to what the Saints lads are saying - 'Well have become miles more professional in the last few years in terms of how they market stuff...most unlike us.

We didn't have one before. We've twice had a part time person get chucked about thirty jobs a week and told to get on with it, pretty successfully tbf, but both left to take more appealing jobs.

As far as I know, and I'm not ITK at all, all our social media stuff is entirely volunteers who don't get paid.

Prices for Fir Park (early bird price first)

Phil O'Donnell Stand

Adult - £404/£425

Concession £235/£245

Davie Cooper Stand

Adult - £335/£350

Concession - £200/£210

John Hunter Stand

Adults - £315/£330

Concession - £175/£185

Concessions are applicable to Over 60's, 16-18 year olds and Students.

Juvenile Season Tickets are £20 for all stands.

You can claim 1x Free Juvenile Season Ticket with every Adult Season Ticket bought for Phil O'Donnell & John Hunter Stands.  For the Davie Cooper Stand, you can claim 2x Free Juvenile Season Ticket with every Adult Season Ticket bought.

There's decent value to be had.  If you were taking your two kids to the Davie Cooper Stand, it would work out as less than a total price of £18, per game, for the three of you.

Do any other club have numbers sold so far?

Three weeks ago we had sold 10,000+.

No announcements since then.

Good prices.

What’s the deal with away fans at Livi? Which part of the ground will we get?

Hearts got 7000 tickets for Livi during the 14/15 season

Clubs selling season tickets weeks before the season ends seems to suggest need of cashflow.

The week after the season ends should be when they go on sale.

I've always assumed it was to take advantage of a time when fans are still invested in the ub, instead of releasing them in the utterly dead period between the season ending and transfer window beginning.

All clubs who sell season tickets that exclude matches against Celtic and Sevco need to be launched in to the sun.

Utterly wanky and scummy behaviour

Especially when one of your posters have spent the past year mewling about another club charging an extra three pound for certain matches..

That was part of the problem at Killie during the MJ era, it slowly started to change last season, but has got a lot better since Scott McClymont came into the club. Its made a huge difference with fan engagement, night and day difference from a year ago.
