Meadowbank do seemed to have moved on since the days of a few 14 year-olds banging a drum chanting “Livi” to the tune of “Samba de Janeiro”.

Reverting to the Braehead Clan/Scottish Rocks-type atmosphere wouldn’t be unexpected after a few games next season though eh.

Incredible that we took more to Partick than you took to Livi though, who seen that happening. #liviwinningacrowdwank

Your support was very good on Sunday, but that’s just incorrect.

An absolute shiter of an away day for the rest of us as we sit in a car park drinking tins.

Tbf, they Livingston deserved it. Thistle were absolutely fucking gutless over the course of the season.

It's an interesting point.  Given that only two sides have been quite shite enough to throw away every advantage built into the system for Premiership sides and still get relegated, which one was worse?

Hibs did 90% of the job before having a nightmare second leg to go down, but we sportingly decided not to turn up at all for both legs.

Hibs were worse as they had the 4th largest budget in the league.

They also had a 'relegation party' for hearts.

Ruined Terry Butchers managerial career.

Just missed out on top 6 on matchday 33.

2-0 up after the first leg.

Terry Butcher doing the Ronny Roar after the first leg.

Teams in the championship play off spots, asuming they still have aspirations of finishing 2nd, play a full strength squad and battle to the last game (good). They then go into the playoffs knowing that if they wish to return to the top flight, they must win ovet 2/3 ties. Playing 4/6 games, with the six matches in 19 days, on top of playing a full strength team for weeks on end in the hope to reduce this to the 4 games with a 2nd spot finnish (this is fairly unfair as well). Spl team on the other hand play a maximum 2 bounce games, even though they have clearly not produced what is expected to stay in the league.

#2down

I believe they only need to get rid of the 3rd VS 4th play off.

If they Have a  2nd VS 3rd play off and then a final at a neutral venue both teams in the final would have played 38 games prior to the match.

The most disadvantaged team in the play offs is 3rd by a mile.

They have to play 2 extra games than 11th if they make the final.

4th I believe is not good enough to constitute a place in the Premiership.

A stat to reinforce my point is that 4th has never ever beaten the team that has finished 3rd in the quarter final since the play offs were introduced.
