Ginger. Must’ve been the sun.

Where is he nowadays?

He was last seen in juniors, not sure where he is now though. Still a glorious moment, though I suspect Arbroath werent too fussed as it guaranteed them a season of the "Rangers money"

Doing well of late with Crossgates Primrose. Good wee player I thought, hope he continues to get his career back on track.

If Rose and Ferguson are going to be the full backs I'd have Rose left and Ferguson right. Rose has two good feet and probably wouldn't get forward all that much either way - playing him on the 'wrong' side wouldn't make that much difference. For Ferguson's faults he does put in a good outswinging ball on the right, but offers pretty much nothing from the left. Ferguson's also likely to need a bit more defensive support and he's more likely to get that from McDaid on the right than Forrest on the left (assuming that's what we go with out wide).

If it comes to it, and he's fit, play young Waite at right back ( the novelty being he is a right back )  This would allow Mr. Adams to play in the middle ( where he is most effective )  and also allows Crawford to play on the left, providing cover to Ferguson at Left Back.  Easy.  But won't happen.

Whilst that would be a gamble it does make sense disrupting one position and tightening up another few areas.

Just that we think it was reckless rather than malicious, but that the ref has to look at it again and agree it wasn't a red.

One of the Raith fans posted this on their thread too. Don’t really understand this - surely the point of an appeal is to get an alternative view?

As opposed to that of a potentially pig headed official who can’t admit wrongdoing.

To be fair this might help us as the referee has already admitted mistakes against us this season so who’s to say he won’t do it again.

This isn’t quite as clear cut though. A referee could explain why he gave a red there, despite it being very harsh. Particularly when it is his reputation at stake.

Yeah but he’s less likely to be “pig headed” and refuse to admit he’s wrong. If he thinks he made a mistake then he’ll say he did.
