Why are steel chairs, tables, ladders, trash cans, barbed wired bats, sledgehammers and thumbtacks stored under the ring by the ring crew?

As a spin-off from that question, there was a spell when they had things under the announce table. Bizarre stuff.

Was the time-keeper (or whichever WWE employee was responsible) who supplied Stone Cold with copious amounts of Steveweisers after a match a raging alky who kept a 6-pack with him at all time while on the job?

Why do b*****d heels make the announce table a safer landing spot for their victims by removing monitors etc?

The announce table one... for ones going on the table to do the move, it'd make it safer for them too. But then you'd question them emptying two tables for the inevitable Back Body Drop.

Why don't they use TV replays?

I think it's because slow motion would expose a lack of contact perhaps?

For the same reason that if you ever do see a replay in slow mo (which is rare these days)  they slow motion it until about a second before the point of impact and it returns to full speed.

Unless I've completely missed the point and you mean why don't refs use it in a VAR capacity. In which case - f**k knows.
