I'd go as far as saying that nobody will turn up on Saturday!

I’ll go along on Sunday to offer my commiserations. My daughter wants to go to the game for her birthday and wants to take a pal. So the crowd will be at least 3.

Shambles. What a complete and utter bottle job.

This is what happens when your manager picks individuals, doesn't play them in their best position and expects them to just get on with it. Clueless. And the board for selling Callachan.

Boooòoooo.

But Callachan is shite no?

How are Forfar winning here. They’re stinking.

Know Raith fans don’t seem to think much of their own team but they’re miles better than Forfar.

Not tonight they weren't :P

Thoroughly deserved win for the Loons. Rovers lacklustre for most of the game, no fluidity or decent passing. Much of it self inflicted but Forfar harassed them throughout. Thought fitness would tell late on but although Rovers had more of the ball further up the pitch our defence stood up to the challenge.
Second goal was a thing of beauty.
Our fairly decent home record v Rovers of late has continued and these 3 bonus points could really give us a march on Queens Park.
Well done loons. As poor as we were on Saturday, that was a very professional performance tonight.

Did Vaughan miss a penalty as well?

They only had 2 shots on target, we had a perfectly good goal disallowed (photographic proof) and a definite penalty turned down (photographic proof)

BBC live text 51 mins Penalty conceded by Dale Hilson (Forfar Athletic) with a hand ball in the penalty area.

Nope, Forfar could have had a penalty for handball but the ref (after giving two free kick decisions earlier) bottled the one in the box with the defender's hands well away from his body.

If we cant beat Stranraer,  Albion Rovers or Forfar  we can't have much chance against better teams in the play-offs. The players are like headless chickens and Smith has as much tactical nous as Bert Murray and Gary Locke.

Time to get on the phone to get Ray McKinnon back. Smith isn't good enough. Tbf, the East Fife fans said that he had no plan b. We're still playing dross like Bobby Barr and Buchanan despite them being rancid for months. Utterly shambolic that we're bottling this league. To go twice to Forfar and potentially only get one point when they're in a relegation battle is a state.

We don't have the mentality or the fighting spirit to win this league.

It was around this time last season we were cruising towards the play-offs and then absolutely bottled it. Seems to be Smith's thing.

The ref was all over the place tonight, utterly hopeless.

Night and day from Saturday some of the stuff we played - 2nd half especially - was brilliant. Great team effort but again more proof what a big player Mark Millar is for us.

Raith sure like the hoof.
