Lynch is on the move you say...

I mean, he might not be. But there's been a lot of chat that Gruden doesn't want to work with him for a while now.

Signing Doug Martin might be another step towards Lynch being out the door. Then again, DeAndre Washington was really poor for us last year - maybe it's him getting moved on for Martin instead.

I also would love Crabtree at the Titans.

Please take him. The prospect of Crabtree in a Seahawks shirt being totally owned by Sherman in a 49ers shirt fills me with utter dread.

Swapping 7th round picks as well did I read?

Aye found this on Yahoo Sports:

The 49ers sent Kilgore and the ninth pick of the seventh round (No. 227 overall) to the Dolphins in exchange for the fifth pick of the seventh round (No. 223 overall).

Not really much in exchange for Kilgore TBH. Richburg is decent but I don't think "we" needed a C to be honest. Some help at G definitely.

I'd take both Grant and Breeland back - on lot lower deals of course.  Grant might have been the 4th WR on the Depth Chart last season but he was Mr Reliable when called upon...

Not worth anywhere near what the Ravens were gonna pay.
