Our last away win against a full-time side came on the final game of last season at Palmerston.

That's right; we haven't done it once all season long in any competition.

Edit - in fact, I think we've only won four away games against full-time sides in AJ's ENTIRE REIGN as Pars boss. Unless Ayr or Airdrie were full-time in League One. That's absolutely abysmal.

Our last (and only) home win this season against a full-time side came against Falkirk before the clocks changed. I think we have only won four home games against full-time sides in Naysmith’s entire reign as Queens boss.

Sounds like a belter in store!

If we play the miracle back four + keeper (Robinson, Williamson, M'Voto, Ashcroft, Talbot) who have never conceded a goal we should chalk up the "Queens 0" part. Sadly, Robinson being in goals for us means he's not in goal for Queens, which means they may have a keeper capable of saving those deft Nicky Clark 40 yard headers. 0-0.

Ayr went this season, Airdrie went full time last season.

AJ beat St Mirren 1-0 in November 16, Raith in January 17, Morton in March 17, and Qots in May 17.

He's played 30 games away to full time opposition.

Ouch

That's sore....tho our home record against full time and part time was horrible up until recently, one home league win 1st Feb - 29th December.

Tragic. His record against Full-Time teams, in general, is appalling.

I don't think it is. I wouldn't say it was great, or even that good, but it's not appalling. He's had plenty of wins against full time teams, although all save 4 are at home going by previous stats.

Have to disagree there, it's pretty dreadful when you look at is as a whole. He does pretty consistently give out thumpings to Part time sides though.

15 victories in 60 games against full-time clubs. That's all competitions including the Challenge Cup. I'm sorry, but that is appalling.

Absolutely nuts to think, with that sort of record, we are still in with a shout for finishing in the play-offs and were only 4 points off a place last season.

It's not like we're coming up against Celtic, Rangers or Aberdeen every week. It's very poor, if you're being kind.

I like a lot about AJ but the stats speak for themselves.

I think Naysmith’s overall record v FT teams is 9 wins in 39 games in all competitions and 9 in 36 league games (4 from 16 at home, 5 from 20 away).

Home W 4 D 4 L 8.

Away W 5 D 7 L 8.

So 38 points from 36 games.

Broken down by season - last season W 4 D 6 L 8

This season W 5 D 5 L 8.

So 2 points better this season compared with last.

Would you do a straight swap......Naysmith for Johnston?

No.

Robbie Neilson would be my choice. Don't want to jump the gun here talking about new managers, but I don't think we have a hope in hell of finishing 4th.  Defeat in this match, coupled with Morton beating ICT, and it's Goodnight Vienna imo.

Nah they're both pretty poor, I think AJ is possibly better than Naysmith but there isn't allot in it.

McIntyre, MacKinnon or Petrie for me.

McIntyre is the obvious choice if we can ignore the 'never return' factor.

Otherwise nelson or Hopkin(i believe he is available in the summer) would be strong candidates.

McKinnon and Petrie would also keep me happy.

If we couldn't get any(you would think we could convince 1/5) then apart from of an outstanding outside chance i could tolerate keeping Johnstone providing his new contract made his release pretty cheap.
