(In earlier non-league rounds only further 3 from 26 did). Having skimmed back before that the only ones in the same ballpark look to be 1948-49 (with 5 replays); 1947-48 (with 2 replays, one of those being the Final, as extra-time and next-goal-the-winner was used due to the productivity/fuel emergency leading to bans on midweek football); 1946-47 (with 6, under similar conditions).
