Yes if that was the case but they have yet to face a criminal trial. Copfs dropped the case due to insufficient evidence to,in their view prove the case beyond reasonable doubt which is the criminal standard. The victim then won her case against him in a civil court which relies on the lesser burden of proof of balance of probability.

he has not faced trial yet so copfs can resurrect the case at any time if new evidence comes to light. So calling him a rapist is legitimate. He could of course sue anyone that calls him a rapist as could Love if called a racist but that would mean all the evidence against them being heard in open court, something they seem happy to avoid.
