the original livi Posted February 4, 2018 Share Posted February 4, 2018 What is the fans perception on the decline of football in Scotland and the reasons why football in Scotland is on the decline, with the national team not qualifying for a major tournament since 1998 and recently been drawn in a new European tournament with Albania and Israel countries that we are supposed to be on the same level with, being the third Level of a possible four within Europe.
