Tappy the Toon Posted March 4, 2018 Share Posted March 4, 2018 Got Edinburgh-Berlin-Podgorica,returning via Charleroi instead of Berlin for £130.Booked free cancellation hotels in Shkoder and Elbasan to cover both bases.Podgorica and Albanian hotels coming in at £15-£17 per night.Bus to Shkoder is €14 rtn and takes an hour and a half,and to Elbasan €24 rtn for a 5 and a half hour journey.
