bobbycoxblue
True. Unfortunately that wasnt the case when they gave you 7 at home Very true.. but be careful about commenting about other teams on an open forum. I'm hearing you don't have the right to ?? G-MAN
Don’t think we took our foot off the pedal. We have looked that bad at many points this season. Well done to the almost 1000 fans who made the trip up from Dundee. Good draw. Would love Hearts in the Semi Final if we are lucky enough to win, with a decent kick off time. Reverend Maynard
Could've been worse, so much worse. Not a total psychological mauling so perhaps the team can take some confidence from the second half.

Think you should. You played well. Should have started with MacDonald given his record against us.

DrewDon
Obviously pleasing that we are through to the next round, but that was a poor, disjointed second half performance. Also, much like our recent 4-2 win over Ross County, we conceded two needlessly soft goals - O'Connor with a careless ball forward for the first, and then Logan losing concentration and not getting tight enough for the second. We also made a couple of awkward moments for ourselves, with the Woodman/O'Connor mix-up nearly a calamity, and then O'Connor nearly scoring an own-goal at the end. We still don't look entirely comfortable at the back, and that is a little bit of a concern. If we fail to get second place this season, it wouldn't be a huge surprise if it can be traced back to the concession of needlessly straightforward goals. Shouldn't dwell too much on the negatives after winning a knockout game, mind, but we will get punished by better teams if we continue to exhibit similar levels of sloppiness and complacency. mishtergrolsch
Seen the 1st half then my stream started playing up and missed the 2nd. Good to hear we played better and would be good if it gave the team some much needed confidence. Also hope its given some of the senior players a kick up the arse after being dropped for being shite for weeks. Senior players mainly being Scott McDonald - but hes not the only one. naegoodinthedark
United much better in the second half, but don’t know how much of that is down to us downing tools. Thoroughly enjoyed my day though, all the best to the DABs for the rest of the season.

RussellAnderson
Good game, we were well on top for the vast majority, but a little close at the end for my liking. GMS and Christie were great. Rooney showed great bravery for his goal. Classic. I enjoyed watching Grant Gillespie, he was rotten. If O'Connor fancies going down south in the summer, on ye go son. We won't miss you.
