Hmm - hopefully that is the case as would rather Davo missed this than the Ayr game.
I think I woud jig the back four and leave Robbo in midfield. He's massive for us in there.

Sure it's two weeks after the sixth card, so Davo does miss the Ayr game.

One of Davidson's bookings was against Dundee in the BetFred League Cup. If it's competition specific he hasn't reached 6 bookings yet in the league.

Soccerbase has Davidson at four league bookings so if that’s accurate he’ll be fine for Ayr.

On Forfar, for whatever reason we’ve struggled a little with them this season. Their win at Ayr and the signing of Hilson makes them a tougher proposition than they were a couple of weeks ago. Still got to hope the home record continues though.

Tough one as Forfar just gave Ayr a shock (thanks for that lads) that should be our wake up call. Forfar are bottom and 7 points adrift of 8th Albion Rovers so will now be scrapping for every point and every goal to try and not be cut away from 9th placed Queens Park. We need to approach this as this tough game it is as any over confidence or complacency will be punished.

Like to see the young lad from Celtic get a run out in this one as if he’s good enough he could be an option against Ayr. Not sure Smith will change us much from the East Fife game, while we’re winning we are grinding out the results just now. Hopefully with Bene coming back soon he will add a bit of confidence to the team. Great to see Buchanan and Spence starting to chip in a few goals now. 3 huge games coming up which could put us in a great position if we can get the points.

this thread has died. 3-0 the rovers. get stuck in and push ayr all the way.

Everyone is worried about posting. There’s a solicitor about.

Hopefully the Rovers of Raith triumph in a thrilling encounter at Starks Park this afternoon.

Re the pitch cover volunteers.

Bit disappointed that out of the dozen or so that came to help there seemed to be very little input from within the club.

Not a lot of input from the boardroom or staff (other than the 2 paid groundsmen that were there).

Where were the dev' squad guys that were supposed to be there?

Hard frost is due tonight and if it lasts it'll put next weeks game in question.

I suggest all members of the BoD get their overalls and wellies on along the young members of the ground staff take their turn in laying the covers at full-time.
