United were causing problems down both wings. Since then Brechin have managed to plug those gaps for most of the time. Those times that United have got down the flanks again, poor delivery, mostly from McMullen, has wasted other Chances. Brechin have rarely threatened because of a mixture of good defending and the occasional wee foul around the half way line to halt potential Brechin breakaways.
