Love us or hate us football referees are needed.

Now there is an opportunity for anyone based in Fife who is interested in becoming a referee to get involved. Our classes start in January 2018 and we still have spaces available on our course.

Whether it's a life ambition or just to keep involved in the game, now is your chance to sign up.

To register your interest follow the below link and someone from the Fife RA will get in contact with you.

Team Referee.

Rubbish! I don't have a problem with referees having a team because it shows they have an interest in football rather than attempting to be ultra objective.

On another note should we be bringing in goal line technology or is the fact the sport isn't infallible it's more charming.

Sorry for hijacking your thread, everyone should sign up to be a ref in fife, it will warm you up running the line in front of the NW during the winter months.

Hijacking is fine, hopefully it generates a few more views!

GLT is obviously something that’s very new in the game and is something that gets discussed at the classes along with AARs. If it got introduced in Scotland and I officiated at the level it got introduced at I would work with it and if it doesn’t well we continue on!
