glensmad Posted December 12, 2017 Share Posted December 12, 2017 I don't think "transfer lists" even exist within a club, never mind a big one carrying all clubs. You always hear the phrase that such a player "is on the transfer list", but I highly doubt there is somebody at a club who actually writes out a list. Basically the manager decides which contracted player leaves and when, and that is a very flexible situation which changes sometimes on a daily basis at an individual club.
